xxx and Xiaowen,

   Once again I’m writing to tell you how terrific the BNU students are in particular what a delight yyy is – she is really wonderful and we enjoy having her as part of the group so much – She has done very well during her first year in the US and everyone in the group is benefiting from her expertise.  She is so much fun too!!  We just got back from two weeks in California doing field work with the NSF and NASA and she was amazing!!  She worked her butt off and was so cheerful and professional!!  So thanks once again for sending me such a gifted student.  She is heading home to China for a vacation today and I don’t know if she will be stopping by BNU before she returns to the US, but in any event I wanted you to know what a great job she is doing!
