Abstract:With the development of scientometrics and scientific evaluation practice, the academic influence evaluation indicators represented by h-index continued to evolve, and were compared with the traditional bibliometrics evaluation indicators such as impact factor by many scholars. However, many of those studies didn’t consider the consistency of sample(such as journal papers in the same time zone). This paper selected all journals of Cardiac & Cardiovascular Systems included by JCR 2009, and gathered statistics of journal papers, total citation counts, impact factor, eigenfactor, h-index, and relative h-index as well as the relationship among them, so as to understand the relationship between indicators in specific discipline and to provide theoretical foundation and basis for the practical application.
