研究表明：用键盘记笔记的学习效果远不如动手记笔记！谨记！

在研究中，她们首先让300多个学生听15分钟的TED (Ideas worth spreading) 演讲并记笔记，然后测试他们记忆演讲内容的情况。学生们可以用笔记笔记或者用手提电脑做笔记。试验结果表明，尽管在试验者的手提电脑只被用来做笔记，但是试验者的学习能力仍然受到一定程度的影响。这可以归结于，在整个过程中试验者对学习的内容属于浅层次的加工。同时她们还发现，在实验过程 中，尽管记得笔记越多就可能越收益，但使用手提电脑的试验者更倾向于逐字逐句的抄写学习的内容而不是先接受信息再按照自己的理解去记笔记。这种记笔记的模式对使用手提电脑试验者的学习能力是非常有害的。

Abstract: Taking notes on laptops rather than in longhand is increasingly common. Many researchers havesuggested that laptop note taking is less effective than longhand note taking for learning. Prior studies have primarily focused on students’ capacity for multitasking and distraction when using laptops. The present research suggests that even when laptops are used solely to take notes, they may still be impairing learning because their use results in shallower processing. In three studies, we found that students who took notes on laptops performed worse on conceptual questions than students who took notes longhand. We show that whereas taking more notes can be beneficial, laptop note takers’ tendency to transcribe lectures verbatim rather than processing information and reframing it in their own words is detrimental to learning.
