Sascha Reinhardt 和同事实施了一项迄今为止对时间膨胀的最精确的测试,这一结果证实了爱因斯坦狭义相对论的有效性,为全球定位系统等实际应用提供了一个重要的基准。他们的研究论文发表在12月在线出版的《自然-物理学》期刊上。
拜读过该高亮的论文后,居然找出他们的理论计算存在实质性的错误。写了一篇自认为论述严密的评论投给期刊,在经过一个‘专家’的评审后被枪毙。只是无法接受专家枪毙的理由,想申诉又担心解释不清楚。因此非常希望科学网的专家给点意见。先表示感谢了!

The coefficient alpha is defined within the Mansouri-Sexl formalism and is the coefficient of the first term of the Taylor expansion of a velocity dependent function which describes the deviation from the time dilation factor 1/sqrt{1 - v^2}. Therefore, by definition, alpha does not depend on the velocity v. As a consequence, it makes no sense to assume an alpha_1 and alpha_2, that is to assume that alpha depends on the velocity, as X.-B. Huang is doing.
Furthermore, the construction of the counter example is also not correct. The assumption nu_a^{(1)} nu_p^{(1)} = nu_a^{(2)} nu_p^{(2)} is not compatible with the fact that the alpha does not depend on the velocity. The alpha is one universal constant what is one of the features and the strength of the Mansouri-Sexl scheme.
To sum up: In my opinion the point raised by X.-B. Huang is not correct.
