中国免费解析服务器又堵了（5）国内通用顶级域根信息

今天这次中国网络访问故障，是由下面这条信息开始：
收到DNSPOD消息，国内所有通用顶级域的根出现异常。
这里有一些常识需要更正：
一是DNSPOD有什么证据发布“国内所有通用顶级域的根出现异常” 这个信息？
二是DNSPOD掌握国内所有通用顶级域的解折吗?
三是DNSPOD怎么知道“通用顶级域的根出现异常”？
由于这涉及到ICANN的根服务器管理信息，本人在此向DNSPOD发布此信息的可信度提出严重质疑。
因为在中国，没有一个人可以知道“国内所有通用顶级域的根出现异常” 的准确信息，除了 ICANN的原CTO、现根服务器安全部署 John L. Crain 先生例外：

John also has extensive experience in the area of DNS administration and managing Internet infrastructure services. Currently he is responsible for the management of l.root-servers.net, one of the Internet’s 13 “Root Servers” (http://www.root-servers.org)
我们夫妇与John 是在2002年10月ICANN上海会议认识、2004年在APNIC的Fiji会议认识他们夫妇，我儿子是2007年IPv6全球论坛时就见到 John叔叔，所以，我们相信，以我们对ICANN的了解,“国内所有通用顶级域的根出现异常” 这个说法由免费的DNS提供商DNSPOD发布，涉嫌严重造假！
在此,我想问一下 DNSPOD: 你们发布这个信息的目的是为了掩盖什么？
