Why I actually write to you: I have a PhD position available and I would be thankful, if you could

tell any student that might be interested, to contact me as fast as possible.The project could be

discussed. One idea would be to investigate post-translational regulation of sucrose transporters,

which I have been working on in the past. It would be a big thing to prove that it actually

happens inside plants. I also have some ideas for phloem transport experiments in trees.
