世上最远的距离            The most distant way in the world

不是生卒之相距                   is not the way from birth to the end

而是我就在你身边                It is when I sit near you

你却不解我心系                    that you don't understand I love you.

世上最远的距离                    The most distant way in the world

不是你不解我心系             is not that you're not sure I love you.

而是爱到近痴迷                   It is when my love is bewildering the soul

却不可表白于你             but I can't speak it out

不是不能说我爱你     is not that I can't say I love you.

而是看你至深入心扉        It is after looking into my heart

无以动摇本情意                 I can't change my love.

不是止步于暗恋你           is not that I'm loving you.

而是没有爱的交集                 It is in our love

始终保持有间隙                     we are keeping between the distance.

不是横亘彼此的间隙              is not the distance across us.

而是明知爱穿红尘      It is when we're breaking through the way

却两心甘愿相抛弃                  we deny the existence of love.

不是树木的间距                       is not in two distant trees.

而是同根的枝杈                      It is the same rooted branches

却无法共存相依       can't enjoy the co-existence.

世上最远的距离       So the most distant way in the world

不是枝杈的分歧             is not in the being separated branches.

而是有闪烁的群星                    It is in the blinking stars

却没有交辉的轨迹      they can't burn the light.

世上最远的距离        So the most distant way in the world

不是燎原之星的轨迹     is not the burning stars.

而是或然碰撞光闪过     It is after the light

顷刻间的飞遁远匿                    they can't be seen from afar.

世上最远的距离        So the most distant way in the world

不是星光的褪去           is not the light that is fading away.

而是那遐想的邂逅情缘         It is the coincidence of us

终无从两心相寄         is not supposed for the love.

世上最远的距离                           So the most distant way in the world

是那枉恋的云端鸟和深水鱼  is the love between the fish and bird.

一个翱游天际                                One is flying at the sky,

一个穿阅海底                                 the other is looking upon into the sea.
