并不是所有开放获取期刊都需要作者支付版面费，也存在一些由出版社、学术机构、科研组织或其他经费来源承担出版成本的期刊。本期，我们查找了184本不收取版面费的期刊。

使用这份名单时需要注意

“免费发表”是科研人员非常关心的投稿条件，但在实际选择期刊时，不能只看是否收取 APC。尤其是近年来越来越多期刊采用 OA 模式，同一本期刊可能同时存在订阅出版、开放获取出版或混合出版等不同模式，因此作者需要确认自己选择的具体出版路径。

另外，一些期刊可能对不同文章类型采用不同收费政策，例如 Original Research、Review、Editorial、Case Report 等文章的收费规则可能并不完全相同。因此，看到“免费”名单后，最好进一步打开期刊官网的 Guide for Authors / Author Guidelines / Article Processing Charges 页面进行确认。

对于需要控制科研经费的研究者来说，这份名单可以作为一个初步的期刊筛选工具，但不建议仅因为“不收版面费”就选择期刊。更合理的做法是同时比较期刊的研究方向匹配度、数据库收录情况、JCR分区、影响因子、审稿周期、接受率、文章类型以及出版模式。
