1) Although the results seem interesting and correct, the ideas and methods are standard and the results and examples are simple. Hence I do not think this paper deserves to be published in XX.
2) The studied problem is interesting, but, overall, the paper does not reach the high standards of XX.
3) The argument here is standard and not suprizing. the paper does not meet the high standards of XX.
4) Although the paper has some merit it does not contain new ideas. Most of the ideas have appeared in the literature. As a result the paper does not meet the standards of XX.
5) The argument in Section 3 is standard (once the results in Section 2 are derived). Many authors are now presenting results similar to section 2. Unfortunately this paper does not meet the HIGH standards of XX.
