- 您好，本人现在是在做多酚-蛋白质复合物新人一枚，所采用的蛋白是β-LG（纯度>90%）。测定β-LG粒径有的为200纳米，咨询马尔文公司的工程师，表明蛋白质可能团聚。因为蛋白团聚我现在制备的复合物含量很少，并且很难进行表征。想知道您是否能对解决蛋白质团聚给一点建议。
