Yang Shen or 沈阳 is the Director of Guangming Daily(www.gmw.cn). He has been writing and reporting stories related to ICANN for a long time; topics and meetings he has written about include but are not limited to: ISOC, APNIC, APTLD, APRICO, IETF and CDNC.
