Lots of things happens to us everyday, which makes us happy and not. Things themselves mean nothing but rest with our opinions. Cognition take an important role in this proceed. An same stimulation can make us feel angry because of our wrong cognition and also can make us feel happy because of our good cognition.
And how to have a right cognition? I think it firstly should make ourselves not centered. We seams always regarded ourselves as most important and think little about others. So when collision happens, we always are very angry about others, and think that it is others’ fault. But when we stand the position on others, and understand others why they do like this, we will forgive their faults, and at the same time make us feel happy.
