论未来新型人类及其社会的形成与发展

——简述科学技术对人类社会文明进步的基因效应(1)

摘  要：未来新型人类及其社会的形成与发展，一方面取决于生物基因组的演化；另一方面取决于社会基因组的演化。生物演化的实质就是生物基因组（DNA和RNA）的复制与表达过程，最后导致生物人类的产生；社会演化的实质也可以看成是社会基因组（科学和技术）复制与表达过程，最后导致机器人类的产生。两者的有机结合导致新型人类的产生。人类及其社会的发展过程就是人类生物基因组（DNA和RNA）向人类社会基因组（科学和技术）转换和演变的历程，这两个过程是受这两大基因组（信息系统）的调节和控制，人类及其社会就是伴随着这两大基因组的演化而不断取得进步。人类生物进化其核心动力来源于DNA和RNA构成的生物基因组复制与表达；而人类社会进化其核心动力则来源于科学和技术构成的社会基因组的复制与表达。沃森和克里克发现“DNA和RNA”是生物生命遗传的实质并构成了生物基因组；我们则发现“科学和技术”就是社会文明遗传的实质并构成了社会基因组。科学技术是人类文明的基因组图谱。对人类社会文明进步的起着核心的基因效应，并对人类社会文明的演变过程起着决定性的基因调控作用。

On the formation and development of a new type of human being and its society in the future- the genetic effect of S&T on the progress of human civilization

Abstract: On the one hand, the formation and development of the new human and its society depends on the evolution of the biological genome. The other depends on the evolution of the social genome. The essence of biological evolution is the process of replication and expression of biological genome (DNA and RNA), which finally leads to the emergence of biological human beings. The essence of social evolution can also be seen as the process of social genome (science and technology) replication and expression, leading to the emergence of robot humans. The organic combination of the two led to the emergence of a new type of human. The development process of human and its society is the transformation and evolution of human biological genome (DNA and RNA) to human social genome (science and technology). These two processes are regulated and controlled by these two major genomes (information systems), and human and its society are constantly making progress along with the evolution of these two major genomes. The core driving force of human biological evolution comes from the replication and expression of biological genome composed of DNA and RNA. The core driving force of human social evolution comes from the replication and expression of the social genome composed of science and technology. Watson and Crick discovered that "DNA and RNA" are the genetic essence of living things and constitute the genome of living things; We find that "science and technology" are the genetic essence of social civilization and constitute the social genome. Science and technology is the genome map of human civilization. It plays a core gene effect on the progress of human social civilization, and plays a decisive gene regulation role in the evolution process of human social civilization.

一、引　言

未来新型人类及其社会的形成与发展，一方面取决于生物基因组的演化；另一方面取决于社会基因组的演化。生物演化的实质就是生物基因组（DNA和RNA）的复制与表达过程，最后导致生物人类的产生；社会演化的实质也可以看成是社会基因组（科学和技术）复制与表达过程，最后导致机器人类的产生。两者的有机结合导致新型人类的产生。人类社会的一切活动都可以看成是社会基因组（科学技术信息系统）的复制与表达。人类及其社会

的进化过程就是人类生物基因组（DNA和RNA）向人类社会基因组（科学和技术）发展与转化的历程。人类及其社会就是在这两个发展历程中不断取得进步。人类知识的增长和人类财富的增长取决于社会基因组（科学技术信息系统）不断创新和创造以及不断突变和重组。科学技术在新产品、新商品形成中的作用就如同设计图纸，设计思想，设计技术，没有科学技术知识或科学技术信息体系，一切新产品、新商品都是不能创造出来的。科学技术信息的复制与表达导致新商品的不断涌现，新商品的不断涌现又导致新的生产力出现，新生产力出现导致新经济产生，新经济产生导致新产业革命，新产业革命导致新经济革命，新经济革命导致新社会变革。新社会变革导致新世界格局调整，新世界格局调整导致世界社会文明中心的一次又一次大转移^[1][2]。如果说J.沃森和F.克里克发现“DNA和RNA”是生物生命遗传的本质，那么我们则发现“科学和技术”就是社会文明遗传的本质^[3]。我们的相同之处，都是从基因信息层次揭示了生物界、人类及其社会的本质。因此，我们现在可以大胆的预测科学技术将成为未来科学家、经济学家、社会学家等等的核心研究内容。因为它从本质上揭示了人类社会的一切精神文明和物质文明产生的根源。
