昨晚检索文献时候发现,自己2009年发表的论文:Li WF, Ding Q, Chen JJ, Cui KM, He XQ. Induction of PtoCDKB and PtoCYCB transcription by temperature during cambium reactivation in Populus tomentosa Carr. Journal of Experimental Botany, 2009. 60(9): p. 2621-2630.

(2009) have showed the links between temperature and both cyclin B (CYCB) and cyclin-dependent kinase B (CDKB), which have a key role in cell cycle progression (Francis, 2007) in the cambium of Populus tomentosa. Transcription of the CDKB and CYCB homologues was induced in a warmer condition of 25 °C, but not in cooler condition of 4 °C in cuttings of twigs, which were collected during the quiescent period and were cultured by a water culture system (Little and Bonga, 1974). Therefore, we conclude that hypotheses based on the classical idea that there is a close connection between cambial reactivation and shoot growth in trees (see reviews of Wareing, 1951; Romberger, 1963) require a reconsideration on the premise that heating by the rise in temperature is the trigger for the cambial reactivation”
他们实验室的工作很有意思,发表过很多温度和形成层活动关系的文章。这篇新发表的文章是在1995开始进行的,距今22年。
