产品活性：Leupeptin hemisulfate 是一种广谱的、具有细胞膜渗透性的蛋白酶抑制剂。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 能有效抑制丝氨酸、半胱氨酸和苏氨酸蛋白酶。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 能抑制 Mpro (SARS-CoV-2 的主要蛋白酶)，还具有抗炎活性。

生物活性：Leupeptin hemisulfate 是一种可透过膜的 硫醇蛋白酶 抑制剂，可抑制 Cathepsin B、Cathepsin H 和 Cathepsin L，以及还损害两性溶酶体融合^[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 还具有抗炎作用^[2]。 IC50 和目标：组织蛋白酶^[1] 体内 亮肽素（0-36 mg/kg；腹膜内注射；持续 4 小时；C57BL/ 6NCrl 雄性小鼠）对动物具有良好的耐受性，并且在总组织提取物以及溶酶体和富含自噬体的颗粒部分中产生强烈的剂量依赖性 LC3b-II 增加^[1]。

体外：Leupeptin hemisulfate (0.06-200 µM; 72 h) 显著抑制 Vero 细胞中 SARS-CoV-2 病毒 RNA (vRNA) 的拷贝数[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 抑制 Vero 细胞中 SARS-CoV-2 的 RNA 水平，EC50 值为 42.34 µM[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 对 Mpro 有一定的抑制活性，其 IC50 值为127.2 µM[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 对人类冠状病毒 229E 株的 IC50 值为 0.4 µg/mL (约 1 µM)[1]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。
