本期封面展示了华南理工大学武书彬团队的研究成果。在古老传说中,银河阻隔了牛郎织女,唯有鹊桥可渡相逢。而今,我们以绿色化学为基,构筑了一座全新的“鹊桥”,旨在“化木为宝”,开启生物质高值利用的新篇章。画中,银河化作乙二醇与氯化铁组成的低共熔溶剂之河。它不再是天堑,而是高效溶解木质素的神奇介质,能精准分离“织女”(木质素),并完好保留“牛郎”(纤维素)。杨木搭建成桥,桥心由透明的木质纤维素分子结构相连,象征着本研究通过绿色工艺,将木质素从细胞壁中“释放”,使其成为连接科学与应用的桥梁。桥上,牛郎织女牵手之际,迸发的火花中跃动着酚类分子。这光芒,正是再生木质素热解生成高附加值酚类化合物的生动写照,也预示着产业应用的广阔前景。这不仅是对传说的致敬,更是一次绿色化学的实践——我们以自然之道,成就自然之珍,构筑起一座连接神话与科学、通往绿色未来的鹊桥。
