特刊简介:
转录组学研究特定时间细胞内的全部 RNA 转录本,转录本积累模式反映蛋白质翻译变化,可预测植物与生物、环境互作时次生代谢产物的合成利用,还能识别生物合成通路相关基因,这类基因在不同时空条件下表达模式常相似。但次生代谢网络的进化适应性,给依托现有转录组数据或远缘模式物种解析代谢通路及调控机制带来挑战,片段化、长度、转录组成分等方法学偏倚也进一步增加了分析难度。
