Emerging Cell Death in Inflammation and Tumor Microenvironment

 

特刊简介:

本特刊重点探讨炎症与肿瘤微环境(TME)的复杂关系,聚焦新兴细胞死亡机制(如铁死亡、铜死亡、泛凋亡)的双重作用。慢性炎症通过破坏免疫平衡、促进基因组不稳定,形成促癌微环境;而TME中的免疫失调(如抑制杀伤性T细胞、招募促瘤免疫细胞)则助长肿瘤生长和转移。研究发现,新型细胞死亡方式既能通过清除癌细胞抑制肿瘤,也可能通过释放炎症信号间接促进肿瘤进展。例如铁死亡既可杀伤肿瘤细胞,其释放的损伤分子也可能加剧炎症;泛凋亡则能通过整合多种死亡途径动态调控免疫反应。未来研究需深入解析这些机制的关键调控基因与通路,以开发靶向调节细胞死亡的新型疗法,从而增强抗肿瘤免疫并控制炎症相关疾病。
