Importance of good sleep routines for children

This article aimed at highlighting the importance of good sleep routines for children from 4-months-old to 18-years-old. it is a scientific research result which involved close to 300,000 kids in North America, Europe and Asia. The result is that keeping a regular bedtime was important for promoting children’s growth and development. Establishing certain rituals, avoiding exposure to electronic media or watching excited movies around bedtime would help to adequate and healthy sleep which would finally lead to a better sleep hygiene.
