In our little office cluster, the maximum capacity is three people. One is away for work, and the other is on vacation today. This leaves me alone, which I am quite happy with since I am writing a paper...
Then, a voice came, and I knew I was in trouble. A UH professor was looking for the person sits outside my office, who does (paper work related to) travel and is on vacation. I didn't want to be rude, so I slowly turned my body 90 degs and my head (unwillingly) another 90 degs (imagine me sitting in front of my laptop with my back to the door). I raised my eyes for half a second, and my heart screamed: "OMG!"
Many public schools have dress code for students. I think UH needs dress code for professors!
