Who will be the US President in 2016?
One of the lucky accident of my retirement happens to be that I have a whole day free of commitment on 10/22/2015 – the day presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, testified before the Benghazi committee. I actually watched the hearing for the entire day (all 11 hours) which I don’t think happens in any other country in the rest of the world regardless the form of governance. Under relentless and hostile questioning ( or rather prosecution I might say), Hillary held up remarkably well. She kept her cool and defended herself well throughout. While I might be biased, but I am going to venture that anyone saw her performance will agree that you will be glad to have her to be your president. What could be a disaster for her, turned into an advertisement for her candidacy. Hence, I will make a bold prediction 13 months ahead of time that Hillary Clinton will be elected the next Presidentof the U.S. In 2016. I trust I shall live long enough to be proved right or wrong.
I realize Chinese citizens won't be interested in the Benghazi inquiry and understandibly so. But China will be interested in who will be the next US president.
Notes added 4/25/2016 In the Sunday New York Times 4/24/3016 Columnist Nichload Krsitof gave a very good defense about Hillary being untrustworhty http://www.nytimes.com/2016/04/24/opinion/sunday/is-hillary-clinton-dishonest.html?rref=collection%2Fcolumn%2Fnicholas-kristof&action=click&contentCollection=opinion®ion=stream&module=stream_unit&version=latest&contentPlacement=1&pgtype=collection&_r=0&mtrref=www.nytimes.com&gwh=827EF5D1C5EA71297915068E0EAC9A4E&gwt=pay&assetType=opinion
