This part is in Hindi, apart from the formulaic "harih om", which is a sort of a Hindu auspicious phrase:

हरि: the Supreme Personality of Godhead/ Om : sacred syllable used in Hindu prayer  /OM: The sacred monosyllable which symbolizes Brahman    
Hara nūtana dina    kī   jāgrti     jina   hāthōṁ sē pā'ī jātī hai,  
हर  नूतन दिन की जागृति    जिन हाथों से पाई जाती है,  
 Every newly day of awakening  the hands are found  
The hands, that bring us the awakening each day and are about to work the day long,

jō dina bhara kāma karanē vālē haiṁ, unhī kē agra mēṁ lakṣmī,  
जो दिन भर कामकरने वाले हैं, उन्ही के अग्र में लक्ष्मी,  
which,daylong,work,are to.      those, in front of,lakshimi/Laxmi (Goddess of Wealth财富女神)

madhya mēṁ sarasvatī, aura mūladēśa mēṁ puruṣōttama kā parākrama samāyā hai.

Vāstava kā bhāna rakhanē vālē hamārē pūrvajōṁ nē ina hathēliyōṁ
वास्तव का भानरखने      वाले हमारे  पूर्वजों  ने   इन  हथेलियों  
indeed of awareness keep(having) with our ancestors these palms  
Our ancestors, who were conscious of the reality,

kā prathama darśana karanā mahatvapūrṇa mānā hai.  
का प्रथम दर्शन करना महत्वपूर्ण माना है    
of first sight[哲学]        do significant is considered  / considered it important to first look at these hands.  
Vaisē hī jisa dharā para khaṛē hōkara hama yaśa aura samrd'dhi hāsila karanē vālē haiṁ,  
वैसे  ही जिस धरा  पर खड़े    होकर हम यश   और  समृद्धि हासिल करने वाले हैं,  
just  as which earth  on standing through   we fame  and  prosperity achieved are going to be(do,ones, are)  
Just standing on the earth we are supposed to gain fame and prosperity,

usī  dharā para pāmva rakhanē  sē pahalē  usakī  kṣamā yācanā karatē haiṁ.  
उसी धरा पर पाँव रखने से पहले  उसकी क्षमा याचना करते हैं  
same  soil    on   feet   keep  before primarily   her   forgive  solicit恳求 do.
Similarly, before stepping onto the earth, that we are going to stand on while earning fame and success, we ask for the forgiveness of that earth."   dhara  earth on which all beings rest

but Govinda (i.e. Krishna) at the root of the hand. In the morning, looking at the hand (is advised/auspicious吉利)    
Krishna   is the eighth incarnation化身 of Lord Vishnu毗湿奴 in Hinduism印度教.

Lakshmi lives at the tip of the hand, Saraswati in the middle, but Govinda (i.e. Krishna) at the root of the hand. In the morning, looking at the hand (is advised/auspicious/...). O Goddess, whose clothes the seas are, whose breasts the mountains are, o consort of Vishnu, I bow to you. Forgive my touching (you) with feet.  

Goddess Laxmi (the Goddess of Wealth) resides on the front part of the hands,Goddess Sarswati (the Goddess of Learning) resides on the middle part,and Brahma (the God of Creation) resides on the root part of the hands.   Therefore, every morning, one should have a respectful look at one's hands, which symbolizes honest labor. Oh, Mother Earth, who is the wife of Lord Vishnu, who has ocean as clothes and mountains on the body, I bow to you. Please forgive me for touching you with my feet.
