从PQQ中获益的最好方式:

研究通常使用20毫克每天,或0.3毫克每公斤体重。

要计算你的每日剂量,用你的体重(以磅为单位)除以2.2,再乘以0.3。

举个例子,一个180磅重的人的剂量是24毫克:180除以2.2(82)乘以0.3。

物性食品一般都含有极少量的PQQ,如纳豆、菠菜、绿茶、欧芹、青椒和猕猴桃都是最主要的食物来源。如需补充20mg的PQQ,需要吃掉相当于4吨西红柿或330公斤纳豆。[14](1mg=106ng)

另外,当同时服用Q10时,PQQ和Q10能够协同起效[8] [15] [16],因为他们都是作用于线粒体的优化剂。
