Organizers: Dezhong Yao Professor and Chair, Daqing Guo Prof. Dr
Key Laboratory for NeuroInformation of Ministry of Education,
School of LifeScience and Technology,
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China
Scope: There is now a broad consensus that the fast development of information science is bringing us a huge amount of new opportunities to deeply understand the workflows and operation modes of our brain. As a corollary, a new word “NeuroInformation” came into being recently, combining both the neuroscience and information together with an emphasis on exploring the fundamental neural processing mechanisms and dynamical process of our brain using advanced information processing techniques and dynamical modelling methods. The main goal of this special session is to attract the front-line scientists and researchers on the field of NeuroInformation to present their new results at ICCN 2015 as well as establish a deep academic discussion and exchange platform for world-wide researches working in the related fields. This special session is focused on computation-related NeuroInformation studies, mainly covering, but not limited to, the following topics: dynamical models of neural information processing, EEG signal analysis with its applications, as well as EEG and MRI data fusion. We warmly invite you to attend this special session at ICCN 2015!
Current confirmed speakers:
1. Prof. Dr. Dezhong Yao, (University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China),
Title: Functional connectivity analysis of cognitive reappraisal using sparse spectral clustering method
