Lecture限制人数：25（其中环境学院10人，清华校内8人，校外7人）
要求：1）博士或硕士研究生，博士优先；2）需要全程参与；3）费用自理，没有学费；4）申请者需要提交简历和个人陈述（haiyanwendy@foxmail.com 宋海燕）；5）如果报名者众，会组织筛选
