The biennial Asian Biomaterials Congress (ABMC) have been held 2 times previously. The 1st ABMC was held in Tsukuba, Japan, 6-8 December 2007. The 2nd ABMC was held in Singapore, 26-27 June 2009. The 3rd ABMC will be held in Busan, Korea, 15-17 September 2011.
