这篇文章首次利用微梁对聚合物的玻璃化转变温度进行测试，利用温度场的变化，激励聚合物在微梁表面链段的运动，由微梁在玻璃化转变温度附件的弯曲变化反应玻璃化转变温度。
文章的启示就是，微梁还是有好多工作可以做，尤其是在单梁上。作为一种正在发展的检测仪器，可以用来检测材料上一些性质，成功实现了就是一个不小的创新点。
这个组的老板是：Sangmin Jeon，应该是从最早做微梁的Oak Ridge National Laboratory那个印度人做过博后，并且09年在韩国要召开Nanomechanical Cantilever Sensors 2009 ，一个微梁传感器方向的国际大会。
