砒霜(三氧化二砷)治疗癌症文献分析报告 1911 - 2011年

研究揭示砒霜治疗白血病机制
三氧化二砷是传统中药砒霜中的主要成分。上世纪70年代，哈医大一院中医科和血液科的医生创造性地将三氧化二砷应用于急性早幼粒细胞白血病（M3型）的患者，之后又拓展到经维甲酸治疗复发的M3型病例上，其完全缓解率突破90%以上。在此临床报告的基础上，上海陈竺、王振义等学者首次从分子生物学及基因水平揭示了三氧化二砷诱导早幼粒白血病细胞凋亡的机理。此后，全世界的学者开始将三氧化二砷引入肝癌、淋巴瘤等多种肿瘤的研究领域，取得了一项又一项科学成果。
