p27 Kip1蛋白是细胞周期负性调节物,抑制细胞增殖,阻断细胞生长于G1期。p27基因改变在许多人类恶性肿瘤中属罕见事件,但在良、恶性肿瘤中却广泛存在p27表达异常,提示一种翻译或翻译后的水平调控机制。
