关联作图在植物中的应用是我比较关注的.这也是以前博客的一个主要内容,那个博客中有非常丰富的关联作图的资料.(这篇博文的内容可能会随着我关注的内容而不断更新)

1      Association Mapping: Critical Considerations Shift from Genotyping to Experimental Design.这是2009年plant cell上的综述.这篇文章有个重要观点"We emphasize here that linkage and association mapping are complementary approaches and are more similar than is often assumed".对关联作图质疑的应该好好看看这篇文章,并发专文论述.当然也至少得发到plant cell上,才有足够的权威.Association Mapping
