Junggar Basin has entered the entire basin oil gas integrated exploration stage since the 90s. It has indicated that there is a broad exploration prospect in Junggar Basin abdomen which has been verified based on this basin's evolved history including fault and each kind of structure characteristic. This article have accomplished 2 Geochemistry sections that selected 21 crude oil samples from 16 wells in Mosouwan-Mobei and has made the comparison with the periphery crude oil. We have made the distinguish and the comparison in crude oil density, viscosity and so forth and achieved analysis of the crude oil C isotope, monomer C, H isotope.  GC-MS analytical technique has been used in the saturated hydrocarbon and the aromatic hydrocarbon test. We have selected some parameters in the saturated hydrocarbon, including Pr/Ph, nC17/Pr, nC18/Ph, γ/β, C29 (20S/20S+20R), ββ/αα+ββ and so on. But, their applicable scope is considered very limited. Afterward, we made the analysis of maturity parameter about methyl Philippines and biphenyl Thiophen in the aromatic hydrocarbon. After this work, we have initially found out these crude oil relations and determined these crude oil origins, analyzed their possible migration ways.
