5.12汶川地震周年祭-关注、总结、审视（One year on of 5.12 Wen

很快就到5.12汶川地震一周年了。温总理讲，“多难兴邦”；我想，加一个前提——善于从灾难中总结和学习的民族，不算曲解吧。灾害预警和管理，抛却民族感情，日本是一个很好的榜样——全民逃生演练、合理的救灾制度、先进的监测技术、合理的监测网络……很值得我们借鉴。
以下是一些PDF文档的链接，内容主要与地震灾害有关，涉及伤病救治和护理、建筑抗震理论和设计、地质构造、心理干预、灾情管理、恢复重建等等。
这只是一个引子，在当今WEB2.0时代，以上主题的高质量文献多了去了。手头有数据和资料的博友可以抓紧时间成文，一些大牌杂志如Lancet、science届时都会推出系列文章，与其让洋人带着有色眼镜写，还不如国人自己执笔，合写也行；总结过去、展望未来，尽一个学者的绵薄之力（当然能直接参与到灾区的恢复重建中就更好了）。
