生物活性：Acacetin (5,7-Dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone) 是一种具有口服活性的类黄酮，来源于 Dendranthema morifolium。金合欢素停靠在 PI3Kγ 的 ATP 结合口袋中。金合欢素导致细胞周期停滞并诱导癌细胞发生细胞凋亡和自噬。金合欢素具有强大的抗癌和抗炎活性，具有用于疼痛相关疾病研究的潜力^[1][2]。

体外：Acacetin（5,7-Dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone；10-200 μM；24 小时）以剂量依赖的方式降低细胞活力。金合欢素对人正常胶质细胞系HEB和非致瘤性上皮细胞系MCF-10A^[1]几乎没有影响。金合欢素（50-150 μM；24 小时）导致 G2/M 细胞周期停滞并诱导细胞凋亡和自噬^[1]。金合欢素（50-150 μM；24 小时）以剂量依赖性方式导致 PI3Kγ-p110、p-AKT、p-mTOR、p-p70S6K 和 p-ULK 水平降低^{[ 1]}。

体内：金合欢素（5,7-二羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮；5、20 mg/kg/天；口服；持续 3 天）显着抑制 LPS 诱导的神经炎症小鼠模型中的小胶质细胞激活^[2] .金合欢素（25 毫克/千克/天；口服；持续 3 天）减少缺血动物模型中的神经元细胞死亡^[2]。金合欢素（1.8-56.2 mg/kg/天；腹腔注射；单剂量）可减少内脏和炎症伤害感受并防止福尔马林引起的水肿^[3]。
