生物活性:Kanamycin (Kanamycin A) sulfate 是一种具有口服活性的抗菌剂(革兰氏阴性/阳性细菌),可抑制易位并通过与 70 S 核糖体亚基结合引起错误编码。硫酸卡那霉素对 M 均显示出良好的抑制活性。结核病(敏感和耐药)和K.肺炎,可用于肺结核和肺炎的研究[1][2][3][ 4]。
体外:硫酸卡那霉素(0.1-100 μg/mL;2 周)在体外对多种分枝杆菌菌株表现出良好的抗菌活性(MIC=1-5 μg/mL)[1]。
体内:硫酸卡那霉素(2, 4 mg/kg; sc; 每天一次,每周 6 次,持续 3 周)抑制小鼠肺和脾脏中牛结核杆菌的生长[1].Kanamycin sulfate(1.25,5 mg/kg;sc;单次(感染后 3 小时))抑制 K 的增殖。肺炎 DT-S在小鼠肺、气管和血液中的作用与给药剂量成正比,也能提高小鼠的存活率[2]。
