生物活性：Panitumumab (ABX-EGF) 是一种全人源 IgG2 抗EGFR 单克隆抗体，具有抗肿瘤活性。帕尼单抗抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、存活和血管生成。帕尼单抗可用于结肠癌等癌症的研究^[1][2][4]。

体外：Panitumumab（2 nM-2 μM，3 小时）抑制表达 EGFR 的 NCI-H1975 细胞、NCI-H1650 细胞和 CHO 细胞中的配体依赖性自磷酸化^[3]。Panitumumab (0 -200 μg/mL, 48 h)抑制DLD-1细胞增殖^[4]。Panitumumab (80 μg/mL, 24 h)增加beclin-1(一种标志物自噬）在 Caco-2 细胞和 DLD-1 细胞中的水平^[4]。

体内：与对照相比，帕尼单抗（25、100 或 500 μg/小鼠，腹腔注射，每周两次）抑制 NCI-H1975 和 NCI-H1650 异种移植物中的肿瘤生长 (P < 0.0003)^{[ 1]}。
