生物活性：Atropine (Tropine tropate) 是一种竞争性毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱受体 (mAChR) 拮抗剂，对人类 mAChR MIC₅₀ 值为 0.39 和 0.71 nM< sub>4 和 Chicken mAChR M₄。阿托品抑制 ACh 诱导的人肺静脉松弛。阿托品可用于抗近视和心动过缓的研究^{[1][2][3][4]。 IC50 和目标：IC50：0.39 nM（人 mAChR M4）和 0.71 nM（鸡 mAChR M4）[3] 。}

体外：阿托品（Tropine tropate；1 μM；肺静脉和动脉）抑制 ACh 诱导的人肺静脉松弛^[4]。

体内：阿托品（Tropine tropate；10 mg/kg；ip；一次，持续 40 分钟；Peromyscus sp.）抑制通常在麻木期间发生的心律失常^[2]。
