化学与化工学院教授,教务处副处长。四川大学博士,南京理工大学博士后,新加坡国立大学国家公派访问学者,教育部高等学校国内访问学者(南京大学),香港中文大学短期访问学者。南京理工大学卓越计划“紫金之星”(2014),江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师(2017),南京理工大学优秀共产党员标兵(2017),中共南京市玄武区孝陵卫钟山先锋党员(2018),南京理工大学优秀教师(2020)。获得第二届全国高校教师教学创新大赛部属正高组二等奖(2022),首届和第二届江苏省教师教学创新大赛特等奖(2021,2022),江苏省微课比赛一等奖和三等奖各一项(2020,2017),全国青年教师讲课比赛决赛理科组二等奖(2016),江苏省青年教师讲课比赛理科组一等奖(2014)。主持教学改革项目6项,以第一作者发表教改论文6篇,其中一篇教改论文被评为江苏省高等学校教学管理研究会优秀论文,获得南京理工大学教学成果奖二等奖2项(排名第一)。基于有机合成技术,设计构建了一系列杂化功能材料并应用于环境和能源领域。作为负责人主持了包括国家自然科学基金,江苏省自然科学基金在内的科研项目有8项;以第一作者及通讯作者共发表SCI学术论文50余篇,其中一区TOP论文20篇,二区论文12篇;其中,影响因子大于6的35篇,影响因子大于10的12篇;指导5名硕博研究生获得国家级奖学金等。2021年2篇硕士论文获得校级优秀毕业论文,2名本科生毕业论文获得校级优秀毕业论文。
