因为“金银花+生姜”近乎茶饮，

   1、 用金银花1级花（本着1升水一小把儿，相当8～10克，浓汤，这不必苛求用量，但一定要浓汤，因为一般2～3天就解决问题了，所以短时间浓汤没啥大碍）和鲜姜（参照做姜汤水的用量），用沸水冲泡，最多冲泡2次。温饮用；

   2、如果发烧和肌肉酸痛

扑热息痛，严格按照说明书服药，因为剂型，剂量不同，所以按照所买到的剂型的说明书服药。你会发现疗效非常确定高效。

  3、另如流感症状明显？

  可适当服用常用抗流感药。

English Instruction for self-treatment once you are COVID-19 Positive 

1. Honeysuckle and Ginger Tea

( 1)Honeysuckle (grade 1 flowers) to make thick soup/puree, by using 8~10 grams per liter of boiling water, to make honeysuckle thick soup /puree

Note: this does not require exact amount of how many honeysuckle flowers, but must use pure honeysuckle flowers to make thick soup/puree. As  the infection  is usually solved in 2-3 days, so drinking the thick soup /puree of the honeysuckle flowers in a short time does not cause any problems

  (2) During the preparation of the honeysuckle puree, it is strongly suggested to add fresh ginger in to the puree (refer to the amount used in making ginger decoction).

Note:

 (1)The  mixtures of the honeysuckle and fresh ginger can only be brewed with boiling water  up to two times. 

(2)Drink the soup while warm!

2. If  fever and muscle aches

Paracetamol should be taken in strict accordance with the instructions. Because the dosage of each tablet can be different, therefore it should be taken according to the instructions of the purchased medication. 

Note: You will find that the curative effect is very definite and effective.

3. If flu symptoms are obvious?

Take commonly used anti influenza drugs appropriately.
