黄三文,男,研究员,博士生导师。1971年9月生于湖南岳阳,1993-1996年在中国农业大学学习,获得学士和硕士学位,2000-2005年在荷兰瓦赫宁根大学学习,获得博士学位。1996-2000年和2005年至今在中国农业科学院工作。
现任中国农业科学院农业基因组研究所所长。2012年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助,入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,担任国家“973”项目首席科学家。担任西北农林科技大学等兼职教授、中央国家机关青联委员,2013年云南省高端引进人才柔性引到云南师范大学 。
