有了成果一定要先发表,否则可能就成为别人的。
紧接着博文《您写论文是以“自我为中心”吗?》的故事,事件的进展越来越离奇。经过第一轮修改后,审稿人1仍旧同意发表,而审稿人2仍旧不同意发表。
不过,这次审稿人2的意见更加的让笔者大吃一惊。审稿人说笔者的工作已经有大量的人做过了,因此笔者不能独享这一工作。下面就是审稿人2的意见:
Report:
I am still of the opinion that this paper is not of enough quality to warrant publication. First, the addition of a few extra references does address ageneral lack of contact with the literature of fractional or "fractal" calculi, both in the context of mathematics and of quantumfield theory/quantum gravity. A lot of published work, also available in thearXiv, has been dedicated to find observational consequences of fractal-liketime and space directions, yet it is barely acknowledged and not compared with. Despite the enthusiastic report of Referee 1, the idea is no longer new and, unfortunately, without proper justification it cannot be sold as the author's sole creation. Inventing a derivative operator and call it "fractal"is far from establishing a new physical paradigm in the absence of a solidconceptual framework.
Even bypassing the above criticism, a perhaps more serious flaw is the anachronistic attempt to place constraints using outdated data. Any professional cosmologist would frown at that. My comment in the first report was meant to stimulate the author to consider Planck 2015 data rather than WMAP. The author did not catch this important point.
Overall, I cannot recommend it for publication.
笔者在7年前提出时间轴是0.999…维,而每个空间轴是1维,所以时空的维度是3.999…。这有什么用呢?笔者据此可以直接推导出普朗克能量子公式,从而解释量子力学的起源:量子现象源于时空是分形。
在笔者的记忆中,自2011年开始投稿,就遭遇了Physical Review D,Physics Letters B等几乎所有物理学杂志(包括主流到非主流物理杂志几十家)的退稿。审稿人的意见几乎都是说分数维时空不可能云云,就拒稿了。后来笔者学乖了,先于2013年在数学杂志Journal of Applied Mathematics上把相关思想隐晦的发表出来,后来又于2015年在ScienceOpen Research(不审稿杂志)把全部物理过程发表。现在笔者在前两篇文章的基础上把结果又推进了一小步,并投稿到自己主编的杂志上。结果审稿人2说笔者的东西已经很多人做过了,笔者不是第一个吃到螃蟹的人,笔者不能自己享独食。
但是审稿人2又没有指出到底哪些人做了笔者的工作。
要知道笔者从2011年开始到2015年可能投遍了几乎所有的物理学杂志(顶级到末流),审稿人无一例外的说没有意义。结果现在7年过去了,审稿人又冒出来说,这个有意义,但是你不是唯一一个做出来的,你不能独享。笔者现在就想问审稿人:7年前您为什么不出来说两句公道话啊?
所以,现在笔者直接把话“撂”给执行主编:让审稿人2找出与我结果一样的文章来,找得出来笔者立马撤稿;找不出来,审稿人2的意见不予采纳。
现在不是都还没有证明时空真是3.999…维的么?要是证明了,还得了!
还好笔者早已在Journal of Applied Mathematics和ScienceOpen Research上占了位置。
