由“荧光粉微波合成”文献引用看(国人)治学之不严谨

看今天的一篇精选博文,基金委的评审意见,无意中注意到里面提到了核心关键词,荧光粉的微波合成,勾起了一段很久以前的记忆(a story from long ago).

于是,去了知网空间 http://www.cnki.com.cn/,搜索了一番相关学术论文的发表和引用情况。

使用主题词,微波+荧光体,得到记录 50条,
使用主题词,微波+荧光粉,得到记录 124条, 

二者合在一起是174条,并且一定会有重叠,因为不管荧光体还是荧光粉,英文只有一个名字,phosphor,于是,使用主题词,微波+ phosphor ,得到记录 151条,这是一个比较靠谱的数据。

再看最早的一篇正式论文是1995年发表在某个学报上的,可是引用率只有区区39次,39次对151条记录,可怜吗?真可怜!

这篇1995年发表的中文论文,起码是国内第一篇文献,当然具有很强的原创性,最起码也是国内的第一份工作,该篇后面的这么多篇论文,证明了具有很强的开创性。

其实,这一篇也是世界领域的原创性和开创性工作。去web of science网页,使用 microwave AND phosphor 搜索得到249 篇论文, 按年代倒排第237篇,更早的12篇工作用到了这两个主题词,但是都是其他领域的工作,比如phosphor 在微波波段的物理性质,或者使用微波干燥去处水分等,详细附在下面。

可以这些后来的论文竟然引用都没有?这能算治学严谨吗?

顺便思考一些问题,开创和原创性的工作都需要发表在顶级杂志吗?开创和原创性的工作都能有很好的引用吗?
