从投稿到接收约为7个月，至刊出则为14个月。ASCE 以 latex 投稿还是比较方便的，只需上传 *.tex 文件和 *.eps 图片，以及参考文献。但是注意参考文献不是 *.bib 文件，而是 *.bbl 文件。格式完全正确则生成一个标准的PDF格式 MS 文件。编辑部的工作规范高效，关键环节都有通知和时间节点，会告诉作者下一步会是什么状态，还会需要作者做什么。
