这个杂志wiley数据库存下的一个杂志，Wiley是由John Wiley & Sons Inc.(约翰威立父子出版公司)1807年创立于美国, 是全球历史最悠久﹑最知名的学术出版商之一，享有世界第一大独立的学术图书出版商和第三大学术期刊出版商的美誉，Wiley Online Library于2010年8月7日/8日（中国大陆）正式发布。 Wiley Online Library在2010年8月发布之前、之时和之后，用户和研究人员都可以持续接收资讯和支持。Wiley Online Library将完全取代 Wiley InterScience，所有的内容和许可将转移至新的网址，确保为用户和订阅者提供无缝集成访问权限。
我也是第一次在这里投稿，所以把这个过程记录下来，供大家参考，或许会有帮助。
（1）首先大家找来半天也没有找到投稿地址,这个挂上：期刊主页网址:http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1099-1085 在线投稿网址: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/hyp
（2）打开投稿页面，你需要注意一个账号，在注册账号的时候你需要申请一个ORCID， 看下官方定义：ORCID is an open, non-profit, community-driven effort to create and maintain a registry of unique researcher identifiers and a transparent method of linking research activities and outputs to these identifiers. 说白了就是你个一个身份证，这样讲同名字的人区别开来。
（3）申请过程就不多说，然后登陆进去，作最新手，有必要点Instruction & forms这个菜单，里面会有一些指导。
本来我是很想投这个杂志的，但在看他的投稿指南的时候，发现人家有个限制“Papers should not normally exceed 7500 words. Manuscripts over this limit will be returned to the authors without editorial or external review. The following sections are included as part of the word count: abstract; main text; and acknowledgements. The following sections are excluded: title page, including author list and affiliations; bibliography; figure legends; any words that form part of a table or figure; and supporting information.”没办法，我的文章已经远远超过了这个字数限制了。前面的几点记录希望对你有帮助吧，祝你好运！对了，还有一点就是在你进行投稿的时候，需要填一个叫“runing head” 这个东西不是关键字，也不是标题，不知道你在看文献的时候有没有注意，在文章的眉头有一行字，但不是标题或者作者信息，是其它的一句话，这个就是running head, 说白了，就是用一句简单的话，将你的内容概括出来。Good Luck!
