在早期的科研过程中积累了一些音频数据用于音频分类以及音频场景识别的研究，包括八个大类，共 约20000个文件，70小时，分别为：Animal_sound（动物声音，1153个文件，共11个半小时）、Comic_and_Film_sound（动漫和电影声音，6376个文件，共7个半小时）、Exteriors_sound（757个文件，共3个小时）、House_sound（室内声音，2557个文件，共6个小时）、Industrial_sound（工业声音，750个文件，共3个半小时）、Interiors_sound（内部的声音，662个文件，共6个半小时）、Music_Loops_sound（音乐声音，8410个文件，共17个小时）、Nature_sound（自然界的声音，532个文件，共3个小时）和Transport_sound（交通运输声音，1400个文件，共10个小时）。其中Exteriors_sound和Industrial_sound还有较大程度的重叠，其他种类音频没有重叠。

   本文的附件中以及本文的附录中分别有有部分声音文件的样例，以及所有声音文件的文件名。由于文件名往往是根据声音的内容来命名的，感兴趣的读者可以查看其中的文件名，从而了解是否有感兴趣的声音音频。

   这些声音数据不仅可以用于音频分类的研究，也可以用于其他领域类的研究，比如基于声音的动物识别，音乐类型识别，基于声音的乐器识别，基于叫声的鸟类识别，智能家居，环境研究，基于声音的交通车辆识别等等。
