内容简介

本书是中国医学科学院年度系列报告《中国医学科技发展报告》的第五本,全面回顾了2013年我国医学科技的进展,介绍了2013年我国科学家在医学科技领域取得的具有代表性的部分成果,并对医学科技发展的若干热点、前沿科学问题,公众、科学家关注的医学科技问题及我国医学科技发展战略进行分析评述。

本书可供医学科技相关领域、生命科学相关领域的管理人员、研究开发人员和高校师生阅读和参考。

 

健康是人全面发展的基础,也是国家发展的重要保障。而医学科技对实现健康战略目标具有十分重要的意义,医学科技的发展是保障医学进步,促进人类健康的重要基础。中国医学科学院作为我国唯一的国家级医学科学学术中心和综合性医学科学研究机构,长期以来对医学科技的发展趋势、发展方向、发展战略,以及一些重大问题进行了综合性、战略性、前瞻性的系统研究,并形成了系列研究报告。这些报告是充分发挥中国医学科学院战略决策咨询作用,影响国家有关决策,引领医学科技进步,支撑医疗卫生事业发展的重要文献。从2009年开始,中国医学科学院组织专家编写《中国医学科技发展报告》,由所属医学信息研究所具体落实,并长期跟踪开展相关研究。

《中国医学科技发展报告2014》是该系列报告的第五本。全面回顾了2013年我国医学科技的进展,介绍2013年我国科学家在医学科技领域所做的具有代表性的部分工作,以反映2013年我国医学科技领域取得的主要成果;选取医学科技的若干热点和前沿、专家和公众关注的问题等进行分析评述;从我国医学科技创新体系、医学科技创新前沿领域和医学科技创新重点领域三部分阐述我国医学科技发展战略;从学术论文、申请及授权的专利、批准上市药物以及临床试验项目方面定量分析评价我国医学科技发展水平,并与世界典型国家进行对比,以了解我国医学科技在世界上所处的地位。

本研究报告共分为五章。第一章主要介绍2013年我国医学科技取得的主要进展、主要成就及未来发展趋势等。第二章选取若干热点、前沿科学问题,包括生物信息学及生物医学大数据分析、肠道微生态与转化医学、循环miRNA在转化医学中的应用、肿瘤标志物的转化医学研究和药物基因组学,邀请相关专家进行分析评述,在分析该领域研究背景、近年国内外进展的基础上,发表评论,并对研究和应用前景进行展望。第三章介绍2013年我国科学家在医学科技领域发表的重要论文,以反映2013年我国医学科技领域取得的具有代表性的部分成果。第四章针对科学家、公众关注的医学科技领域的重大问题,包括大气污染与癌症、稻米镉等重金属污染问题、人感染H7N9禽流感、国家科技报告制度建设进展、中医药治疗艾滋病的研究进展等,邀请专家进行分析评述。第五章医学科技发展战略部分从医学科技创新主体、创新活动和创新环境三方面阐述我国医学科技创新体系;从医学科技理论基础前沿和重点技术前沿方面阐述医学科技创新前沿领域;从我国主要健康危害疾病和健康危险因素角度阐述我国医学科技创新重点领域。医学科技产出部分利用文献计量方法对国内外医药卫生领域发表的学术论文、申请及授权的专利、各国批准上市的药物以及开展的临床试验项目进行定量分析,并与美国、英国等主要发达国家进行比较分析。

本报告是在有关领导和部门的关心支持下,经过多方人员的共同努力完成的。研究成果对政府部门制定医学科技发展政策和战略,企业、高校和研发机构制定优先发展的重点等具有一定的参考价值。

The 2014 Annual Report of Medical Science and Technology Development in China

PREFACE

Health is not only the basis for the comprehensive development of a person but also an important guarantee for the development of a country, while medical science and technology is of great significance for achieving the strategic goal of health. The development of medical science and technology is a critical basis for ensuring the advancement of medical science and promoting the health of human beings. As the only national-level academic center of medical science and the only national-level comprehensive research institute of medical science, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has conducted comprehensive, strategic, and prospective systematic researches on the development trend, development direction and development strategy of medical science and technology for a long time, and compiled a series of research reports. These reports are key documents that can bring the strategic and policy consulting role of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences into full play, influence relevant national decisions, guide the advancement of medical science and technology, and support the development of medical and healthcare system. Since 2009, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has organized specialists to write theAnnual Report of Medical Science and Technology Development in China. The Institute of Medical Information is responsible for implementing the specific matters and conducting relevant researches on a long-term basis.

The 2014 Annual Report of Medical Science and Technology Development in China is the fifth report in this series. In this report, the progress of medical science and technology in China, and part of the representative work in the field of medical science and technology done by Chinese scientists in 2013 are reviewed, so as to reflect the main achievements made in the field of medical science and technology in 2013. A number of hotspots, frontiers and issues paid attention to by experts and the publics are analyzed with some comments. The development strategy of medical science and technology in China is elaborated in the aspects of the innovation systems, the innovation frontiers and the innovation focus of medical science and technology. Academic papers, pending and granted patents, approved drugs and clinical trials are quantitatively analyzed to evaluate the development level of medical science and technology in China, which is also compared with that of other typical countries so as to know our relative level in the world.

This report is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the main progress, the major achievements and the development trends of medical science and technology in China in 2013 are introduced. In the second chapter, a number of hotspots and frontiers, such as big data analysis of bioinformatics and biomedicine, intestinal micro-ecology and translational medicine, application of circulating miRNA in translational medicine, translational medicine research of tumor markers, and pharmacogenomics researches, are elaborated and commented by relevant experts from the aspects of the research background, the research progress at home and abroad, and their research prospects. In the third chapter, in order to reflect part of the representative medical achievements in China, some important papers published by Chinese scientists in 2013 are introduced. In the fourth chapter, some key issues in the field of medical science and technology paid close attention to by scientists and the publics, including air pollution and cancer, cadmium pollution of rice, human infection with H7N9 virus, the construction progress of national science and technology report system, and the research progress of treating AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine, are analyzed and commented by relevant experts. The fifth chapter consists of two parts: the development strategy of medical science and technology, and the output of medical science and technology. As to the first part, the innovation system of medical science and technology in China is elaborated from three aspects, namely the innovation subjects, the innovation activities, and the innovation environment; the innovation frontiers of medical science and technology are elaborated from two aspects, namely the frontiers of theoretical basis, and the frontiers of key techniques; the innovation focus of medical science and technology is elaborated from the aspects of main diseases and health risk factors in China. As to the second part, the bibliometric method is applied to quantitatively analyze and compare the academic papers, the pending and granted patents, the approved drugs and the clinical trials conducted by scientists in China with those conducted by scientists in other key countries, i.e. the United States, the UK, etc.

Under the care and support of relevant leaders and departments, this report is finished through the joint effort of many people. These research achievements are of some reference value to the government in making the development policies and strategies of medical science and technology, and to the enterprises, universities and research institutions in determining the priorities of development.
