The best education,in my eyes,is neither the luxury equipment nor the 
showing off lecture of some teachers,but the proper methods and courses.
According to most professors' opinions,education is composed of teachers,
students and the social experience.So,my dream of education is related to 
the three parts.
    

First of all,the education goal is to promote the students' growing up,
and it is the students that education cares about.Therefore,the method 
of teaching must be welcomed by the students. The teacher can give a 
lecture, talk with the students, show them pictures and films, or play 
a game together with them.No matter which method you pick up,it's OK as 
long as the students agree with it.A Chinese boy told me he would rather 
speak English than Chinese after having taken part in his American 
teacher's family party.What an excellent English teaching method it is!
So,in my dream of education,the teachers are not only intelligent ,but 
love the students as well.What they are thinking of is all for the 
students.
    

Secondly,the students should behave positively, optimitically and 
independently.Boys and girls in teenager are so lovely.Why not give them 
freedom belongs to them and let them be themselves.In fact,most students 
in school live, at present, a miserable life,as too many assignments 
strap their imaginations and behaviors.On the other hand,it's terrible 
for more than 700 students whom are divided by just 10 classes.My dream 
of education must get rid of the shortage above.The students can live a 
type of rhythmical life with eagerly asking all kinds of questions about 
the world and having been educated unconsciously.
   

Thirdly,what the teacher delivers to the students must be interesting,
valuable and practical, and it'll be also used in the future.The 
knowledge learned can produce the students a high level ability to live 
a happy life.
   

I hope my dream can come true before long.

    我心目中最好的教育，不是豪华的设备，也不是教师们炫耀式的演讲。而是适当
的方法和课程。按照大多数教授们的见解，教育由教师、学生和社会经验组成。因此，
我的教育梦想也与这三部分有关。
    首先，教育的目标是促进学生的成长，正是学生才是教育所关注的对象。因此，
教育方法必须是学生所欢迎的方法。教师可以给学生讲解，可以和学生交谈，可以给
学生放映图片与电影，或者和学生一起做游戏。无论教师采用什么方法，只要学生认
可就好。一个中国男孩告诉我，他参加了他们美籍口语老师的家庭晚会，从他家出来
后，他更加愿意说英语。这是多么精彩的英语教学方法啊！所以，在我的教育梦想中，
教师不仅要聪慧，而且要热爱他的学生。教师的所思所想都是为了学生。
    其次，学生应该表现得积极、乐观和自立。青少年时代的男孩和女孩都是那么可爱，
为什么不给他们本来就属于他们自己的自由，让他们成为他们真正的自己。事实上，很
多学生住在学校过着糟糕的生活，过多的作业限制着他们的想象和行为。另外，700多
学生仅分成10个班也是可怕的。我的教育梦想需克服以上不足，使学生能过上有节奏的
生活，并且渴望问关于这个世界的各种问题，在不知不觉中已经受到了教育。
    再次，教师教给学生的必须是有趣、有价值和有用的知识，而且将来也有用。学会
的知识能提高学生的能力，能让学生生活得幸福。
