Quantitative Biology（QB）是由高等教育出版社和清华大学联合主办，清华大学信息科学与技术国家实验室和北京大学定量生物学中心协办，旨在面向全球综合展示当前定量生物学领域的最新研究成果和前沿进展，致力于成为相关领域海内外学者进行快速学术交流的信息平台与窗口。该刊主要刊登分子水平上的定量模型研究以及人工生命系统研究领域具有创新性的学术论文, 涉及的领域包括系统生物学，合成生物学，生物信息学以及计算生物学的所有分支。该刊将特别注重刊登将创新理论与先进的实验技术相结合的论文，特别是那些前沿领域及其与其他学科交叉融合的研究成果。于2013年正式创刊。

主编为清华大学国家实验室张奇伟教授和北京大学定量生物学中心汤超教授。目前OA出版。
