3. Serotonin 5-HT2A receptor-dependent increased binding of NF-κB to the Hdac2 promoter in mouse and human cortical neurons after chronic atypical antipsychotic drug treatment.
4. Serotonin 5-HT2A receptor-dependent increased nuclear translocation of NF-κB in mouse and human cortical neurons after chronic atypical antipsychotic drug treatment.
5.Serotonin 5-HT2A receptor-dependent downregulation of IκBα transcription after chronic clozapine treatment via MAPK–ERK.
6. Cortical pyramidal NF-κB is necessary for the effects of chronic atypical antipsychotic drug treatment on HDAC2 expression and cognitive deficits.
