bioconductor新的安装方式

今天学点R，发现bioconductor新的安装方式，于是记录一下，备忘。
1.bioconductor新的安装方式
废弃警告：
Warning messages:
1: package ‘BiocInstaller’ was built under R version 3.5.1
2: 'BiocInstaller' and 'biocLite()' are deprecated, use the 'BiocManager' CRAN package instead.
3: 'biocLite' is deprecated.
Use 'BiocManager::install' instead.

options(BioC_mirror="http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/bioc/")
biocLite("BiocUpgrade")
biocLite("phyloseq")上面是以前的安装方式，已经被废弃，现在推荐使用新的安装方式安装：
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("phyloseq")理简单了，不用记之前的命令和网址了，统一到CRAN，好事！
