o Atomic Spectroscopy Group Travel Bursary

Grants of up to £500 are available for early career members of the Atomic Spectroscopy Group to present their work at national and international conferences.

For Running Events

| Faraday Division Community Support Grant

The Faraday Division is seeking to support a community-led scientific activity in support of physical chemistry in 2016 up to a maximum of £10,000.Application forms should be submitted before midnight on 18 September 2015 GMT. Applicants can expect a decision in October 2015.

| Small Grants for Scientific Activities

Grants typically between £ 500 and £ 2000 are available to members to support their scientific activities. The aim is to support advances in research, develop networks within and including their community, foster the next generation of researchers and champion the importance of chemistry.

For Research and Collaboration

Research

| Research Fund

Apply to the Royal Society of Chemistry's Research Fund for grants of up to  £4000 to purchase chemicals and/or equipment for your research project.

Visit

| Analytical Chemistry Trust Fund Developing World Scholarship

Grants of up to  £ 5000 are available for citizens of developing countries to visit the UK or Ireland for up to 3 months to acquire new analytical science knowledge or experience of analytical science teaching or learning methods which can then be applied back in the home country.

Training

| Journal Grant for International Authors

Grants of up to £2500 are available to authors in our journals for active collaboration in research or to give or receive special expertise or training.

Collaboration

The unifying theme of all of these projects has been their common objective of enhancing the learning and teaching experience in relation to chemistry.

| Education Division Travel Grants

Up to £300 is available to members to attend conferences and events which are primarily concerned with the dissemination of good practice in learning and teaching in the chemical sciences.
